How to tie dye a circle krinkle: Lie shirt flat. Fold your youth tee in half vertically. mark off a half circle with a non staining instument. Pleat accordian style folds along the circle area, and tie off. Tie off three bands a few inches apart next to that and crinkle fold the remaining fabric, capturing all loose ends with rubber bands or string. Lay tee shirt flat on a table. dye the circle part yellow, orange then red. Dye the three bands rainbow colors. Dye the remaining background area blue then purple. Flip. Repeat. 24 hour curing. Rinse. Dry.
